Hi there!
I've decided to start a new blog to talk specifically about my short and long term fitness, health, and diet goals. I thought this might just be the thing that is going to finally get me back to a healthy diet and consistant workout routine. I am going to try to post what I eat each day, workouts, and how I feel from the changes. I hope you enjoy reading about my struggles with my extreme sweet tooth and absolutely zero will power when it comes to resisting junk food. This should be interesting!
My ultimate goal is to eat healthy, be in shape, and run a half marathon by my 30th birthday (Aug 2011). Also, I really want to teach Eli how important it is to take care of yourself, and eat right. So I need to do that myself or I'm just a hypocrite.
